1. What is climate engineering?

   Bart Gordon the chairman of the U.S House Committee on science and technology describes climate engineering as" the deliberate large-scale modification of the earth's climate systems for the purpose of counteracting and mitigating anthropogenic climate change"

   
   

   Climate engineering is widely known as geoengineering.
   

   
   

2. How would they accomplish this?

   There are several schemes, some of which were patented  as long as ten years ago! However, there are two categories Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR).

   SRM methods would reflect a portion of the sun's radiation back into space which would reduce the amount in the atmosphere.

   CDR or Air Capture (AC) would capture CO2 from the air, converting it to a solid through mineralization and storing it or by destroying the CO2 through a biological process.
   

3. What are some of the SRM techniques?

   SRM schemes do not modify CO2 levels in the atmosphere. They reflect incoming radiation (from the sun) and reduce the absorption of solar energy in the atmosphere. Techniques include but are not limited to:

   Stratospheric Sulfate injections: the spraying of sulfates into the second layer of the earth's atmosphere. It is likened to volcanic eruptions where sulfur dioxide is released into the stratosphere.

   Here is what NASA says about natural sulfur dioxide:
   

   "High concentrations of sulfur dioxide can lead to respiratory illnesses, especially in children and the elderly. It can also worsen heart and lung diseases. Sulfur dioxide also increases acid rain, damaging buildings, soils, and crops".1

   
   

   and here is what the EPA says about Sulfur Dioxide:

   "Sulfur dioxide (SO2) is one of a group of highly reactive gasses known as “oxides of sulfur.”  The largest sources of SO2 emissions are from fossil fuel combustion at power plants (73%) and other industrial facilities (20%).  Smaller sources of SO2 emissions include industrial processes such as extracting metal from ore, and the burning of high sulfur containing fuels by locomotives, large ships, and non-road equipment.  SO2 is linked with a number of adverse effects on the respiratory system.2 

   Additionally, it is important to point out that it has been said that if SRM strategies are put to work, it  would require constant replenishment to avoid "sudden and drastic increases in temperature" 3

   
   

   Tropospheric Cloud Seeding: Spraying of sulfuric acid or salt water injected into the lowest level of our atmosphere  to create more cloud formation over oceans, increasing local albedo.

   The Material Safety Data Sheet for Sulfuric acid warns:
   

   POISON! DANGER! CORROSIVE. LIQUID AND MIST CAUSE SEVERE BURNS TO ALL BODY TISSUE. MAY BE FATAL IF SWALLOWED OR CONTACTED WITH SKIN. HARMFUL IF INHALED. AFFECTS TEETH. WATER REACTIVE. CANCER HAZARD. STRONG INORGANIC ACID MISTS CONTAINING SULFURIC ACID CAN CAUSE CANCER. Risk of cancer depends on duration and level of exposure.4

    

   Space based reflective surfaces: one very large satellite or several small ones with "mirrors" would be placed into orbit to reflect the sun's rays prior to it entering the earth's atmosphere.

   
   

   Land use changes: Natural land would be modified by planting light colored grasses and replacing existing agricultural crops with genetically modified ones.

4. What does the term chemtrails mean?

   The term chemtrails refers to the belief that the lingering trails refered to as persistent contrails by authorities are chemical deployments from aircraft.

   
   

5. Where did the term chemtrails originate?

   The term chemtrails surfaced in 2001 when Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio introduced H. R. 2977. This bill was called The "Space Preservation Act of 2001" Chemtrails is listed among other things as "exotic weapons system"
   

6. What is the history of Aluminum, Barium and strontinum?

   These chemicals were being found in extremely high levels and exceeding the limits set by the EPA, by alert residents who suspected that chemtrails were responsible for the increase in illnesseses among their communities and the destruction they were seeing to their land and vegetation. These residents tested the air, water and soil. The results showed  immense levels of these highly toxic chemicals. Concerned citizens are still finding these chemicals to date. However, to date, the EPA has refused to acknowledge these tests even though, the results were determined by EPA licensed facilities.

   The use of aluminum has been discussed at scienctific conferences as a key ingredient to introduce to the atmosphere and  reduce global warming. There are several patents which discuss the specific use of these toxins for atmospheric applications to be used in mitigating the climate.

   The public is being told that no experimentation is currently occurring but environmental testing contradicts this.

   It is important to note that many of the toxic findings were BEFORE any talk of geoengineering was made public.

   Geoengineering was a large piece of the puzzle needed to confirm where these chemicals were coming from and why.

   Recently, It has been made clear that aircraft, land based rockets and ships would be the mode of delivery for these specific chemicals. 

7. Why haven't I heard of Geoengineering?

   It is no accident that citizens have been purposefully kept in the dark about the plans for geoengineering. It is clear that the House Committee on Science and Technology has been working endlessly on building a  climate engineering program with your tax dollars right in plain sight!

   The media blitz will not begin until your government has every detail in place, including how to deal with you. It is no secret however, that your resistence is of great concern but they didn't build all of this to have you tear it down. The roots grow very deep under our feet, already. Many agencies and scientists plan to capitalize on engineering the climate and there was a mad dash to be at the forefront of the technology long ago!. Universities and scientists are now benefiting from the $862 Billion dollar stimulus program by finding out how they can control the weather with schemes that can prove to be catastrophic!
   

   The bills and laws to make execution possible have been past years ahead of time!
