It has been confirmed that the letter has been hand delivered to the Chair of the House Committee on Science & Technology by Michael J. Murphy and his team last week.

I am so appreciative for the efforts of everyone involved with the execution of this letter. A special thank you to those at Arizona Skywatch and New York Skywatch who stepped up and supported this effort.

My greatest thanks goes to Mr. Murphy for taking care to see that this letter made it to Washington. It is an honor to know him, his service and commitment to this movement is valuable, his valor, inspiring.
